We constantly have little projects going on at our house that require my husband's attention. Instead of voicing the chores I need him to do for me around the house (which could eventually be seen as irritating when someone is always asking you to take on extra work... just think of your boss) I prefer to write them for him on a notepad in the kitchen. For whatever reason this comes off as much less demanding, especially when it's a "things needed for this week" instead of a "things you have to find time to do today" list!
That's what works for me (well, us!)

You have to find what works for you and use it!

Good marriage tip! It looks like you have GREAT things going on in your life right now. :) I am enjoying your blog.
Stopping in from WFMW. This is a fantastic idea. I hardly ever write up a list for my hubby which could account for all the items that need to be done sitting forever undone. Thanks for sharing this!
Great post! I think sometimes we could all do with that reminder. Less nagging is a good thing.
