Recipe Swap: Chicken Spaghetti



This is one of the favorites at our house. For a shorter cooking time, use my tip for shredded chicken 24/7.


-3 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1/4 lb. velveeta cheese
-1 can rotel
-1 lb. fettuccine


Boil chicken breasts until cooked; remove from water and set to the side. Boil fettuccine noodles in the chicken broth; drain. In a seperate saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, velveeta, and rotel over low heat until melted together. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces with a fork. Combine chicken, fettuccine noodles, and sauce. Serve it with a green salad and roll and enjoy!
